January Challenge: Are you ready?

To practice yoga once or twice per week is good for you. But if you want to see really amazing results, and unlock your true potential, then you need to up the ante, at least for a period of time.

Our January Yoga Challenge starts on the 14th of January, so get ready, set aside some me-time, and be prepared to amaze yourself!

Here's the deal with the 2019 January Yoga Challenge:

  • Sign up for a joining fee of £25.
  • The joining fee does NOT pay for classes, you must make sure you have a current membership/class package in order to participate.
  • Choose your level: 30 or 20 classes, and get your name on the blackboard in the studio.
  • When you complete the challenge you receive £1 in your account for each completed class: so £20 credit for the 20 Day Challenge, £30 for the 30 Day. So you could be £5 up after this month!
  • Everyone who joins the Challenge get FREE entry to the Silent Class and Wild Cacao Experience (regular entry fee is £25) on Friday the 1st of February. The last event of this kind was our most popular event ever, so early booking will be essential. Please note that we cannot guarantee entry (even if you are part of The Challenge) once the event is fully booked.

So how do you go about practicing a yoga challenge? Here are the rules, and also some helpful tips:

  • Choose your level: 30 classes in 30 days, or 20 classes in 30 days.
  • Start date is Monday 14th of January, EVERYONE starts on the same day!
  • Put your name on the blackboard in the studio.
  • For each completed class, put a sticker on the board. Don't forget to get signed in for class at the front desk, so we also have an electronic record of your attendance.
  • If you can't make it to class on a specific day, you can practice two or more classes on a different day to make up for it.
  • Make sure to take extra good care of yourself during this 30 day period. Eat well, hydrate well and get enough sleep.

Spending time to take care of yourself is an investment, probably the best investment you've ever made. We look forward to spending time with you over the next 30 days.
