If the word ”routine” makes you think “boring”, our flow classes are the perfect antidote. All our flow classes are loosely based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, but with a modern twist. Moving the body in a free and intuitive way, these classes give you the freedom to explore variations and modifications of all the postures, so your practice can grow and develop, along with your level of ability.

Flex Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Balance Flow can be done by beginners and more advanced students alike, but Flex Flow is the easiest one for brand new beginners.

Intensity on 1-10 scale: 4-8

The in-studio temperature for these classes is around 32c.
