Our IHP classes are like going to a rave to tone your glutes. You’ll create long, lean muscle and burn fat, to a set of pumping good tunes. A full-body workout that combines yoga and Pilates principles with low impact/high intensity training. This class is for all ages and all levels of ability.
IHP classes are a great addition to your regular Hot Yoga practice, especially for building more upper body strength.
Intensity on 1-10 scale: 7-10
