THE POSITION: We are looking for a Studio Manager. The pay we are offering is £15/hour. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Dependable, diligent and self motivated

Confident and great with people

General computer proficiency

Good organisational skills

Previous admin and people management experience is an asset

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your tasks would start with reception/front of house while going through our training program for management tasks. We estimate the training programme will take two weeks. Your salary would be £15/h, and we estimate that your tasks would take 25 hours a week with occasional possibilities for overtime.


Your tasks as Studio Manager include but are not limited to;


  • Reception work: 

    • Creating positive and professional interactions with clients

    • Maintaining a smooth flow of business during busy class sign-ins

    • Actively selling yoga memberships, services and products

    • Keeping front desk organised

  • Membership and other admin:
    • Managing memberships and email inboxes

    • Making sure all client communications are responded to in a timely manner

    • Making sure memberships are set up correctly in MBO

    • Creating monthly teaching rotas 


  • Karma management and studio upkeep:

    • Maintaining an immaculate studio space

    • Managing rotas and training cleaning staff


  • Supplies management:

    • Keeping track of stock levels (office supplies, retail, cleaning products..)

    • Order stock considering delivery times

 

WORKING HOURS: Working hours will include weekday evenings and occasional weekends (depending on staff availability). Your shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays would be between 4:30pm-9:30pm and your shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays would be between 4pm-9pm.  If you were to occasionally step in for a weekend shift, the Saturday would be between 8am-1pm and the Sunday would be between 8.30am-1.30pm. These hours may vary depending on the cleaning help.
