TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I agree to purchase: Unlimited virtual classes and access to The Hot Room Leeds Virtual Library, for a monthly fee of £40.00 as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card each month.
Contract is in force for one month, with automatic renewal for subsequent months for a total of 12 months, unless cancelled by either you personally or The Hot Room Leeds, with notification in writing 7 days in advance of the next billing date. (Email to: memberships@thehotroom.co.uk).
I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card detailed below.
I understand that I will be notified if my credit/debit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a £10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card within 7 calendar days of the original rejection date.
I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
I understand that my contract can be suspended on my request, for holidays or other absences of more than one week, for up to one month at a time, with notification in writing 7 days in advance of the start of the suspension (email to: memberships@thehotroom.co.uk). Such a suspension can be done once per year free of charge. For additional suspensions, a processing fee of £20 will be charged.
