WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful technique of conscious awareness. A systematic method of inducing total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Something we all need right now!

 

Somewhere between sleep and consciousness, when the mind is most receptive, it can be a powerful tool for transformation. Focusing inwards, Yoga Nidra combines elements of meditation, visualisation and awareness. 

 

In this class we will talk briefly about the  history and benefits of Yoga Nidra, we’ll explore Sankalpa (intention setting) and then be guided through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. 

And the best part is, all you have to do is lie on your mat and focus inwards…experiencing deeper levels of rest and relaxation.

 

Please note - You will be in stillness for some time so bring some warm socks/jumper/blanket and anything else you might need to get super cosy for your practice.
